Eliminare il tuo account di «51»
Questa pagina spiega come chiedere l'eliminazione del tuo account dell'app 51 e dei dati associati.
Dall'app (consigliato)
- Apri l'app e accedi con il tuo account.
- Tocca l'icona Impostazioni (ingranaggio) dalla Home o dalla pagina Profilo.
- Nella sezione Account tocca Elimina account.
- Inserisci la tua password, scrivi ELIMINA e conferma.
Da quel momento l'account è bloccato: non puoi più accedere né giocare online con esso e viene tolto dagli elenchi di amici degli altri giocatori. La cancellazione definitiva viene completata entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta.
Senza l'app (se l'hai disinstallata)
Scrivi a [email protected] dall'indirizzo email registrato sull'account, con oggetto «Elimina account 51» e il tuo nome utente. Per evitare eliminazioni non autorizzate potremmo chiederti una conferma. La cancellazione viene completata entro 30 giorni dalla conferma.
Cosa viene cancellato
- L'account: nome utente, email, password e collegamenti di accesso.
- Profilo (nome visibile, avatar, cornice, banner), livello, esperienza, statistiche e posizione nelle classifiche.
- Monete, gemme, mazzi e oggetti ottenuti o acquistati con la valuta del gioco, Posta e premi non riscattati.
- Elenco degli amici e richieste di amicizia, elenco dei giocatori bloccati.
- Storico delle partite, segnalazioni e sanzioni legate all'account, eventi di utilizzo registrati dal nostro fornitore di servizi (Microsoft PlayFab).
- Sul telefono, i dati dell'account salvati dall'app.
Cosa può restare
- Dati che la legge ci obbliga a conservare, solo per il tempo richiesto.
- Per al massimo 8 giorni, i registri tecnici delle partite giocate di recente, che contengono solo un identificativo numerico e non il tuo nome o la tua email.
- Le preferenze del telefono (audio, vibrazione, grafica), che restano sul dispositivo finché non disinstalli l'app.
L'eliminazione non si può annullare. Per chi gioca come ospite vedi la sezione qui sotto.
Se giochi come ospite
L'accesso come ospite non richiede email, nome o password, ma per farti giocare online il nostro fornitore (Microsoft PlayFab) conserva sui suoi server un account tecnico: un identificativo casuale, collegato a un codice casuale salvato sul telefono, con i dati tecnici di gioco di quel profilo (partite, sanzioni di correttezza, impostazioni). Non contiene dati che ti identifichino. I dati sul telefono si tolgono disinstallando l'app, ma l'account tecnico sul server resta finché non ne chiedi l'eliminazione.
- Apri l'app, tocca l'icona Impostazioni e copia il tuo ID giocatore.
- Scrivi a [email protected] con oggetto «Elimina account ospite 51» e l'ID giocatore.
- L'account tecnico viene cancellato entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta.
Se hai già disinstallato l'app e non hai l'ID, non possiamo collegare l'account tecnico a te (non contiene dati personali) e nessuno può più accedervi.
Deleting your «51» account
This page explains how to request deletion of your 51 app account and its associated data.
In the app (recommended)
- Open the app and sign in to your account.
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) on the Home screen or on the Profile page.
- In the Account section, tap Elimina account (Delete account).
- Enter your password, type ELIMINA and confirm.
From that moment the account is locked: you can no longer sign in or play online with it, and it is removed from other players' friend lists. Permanent deletion is completed within 30 days of the request.
Without the app (if you uninstalled it)
Email [email protected] from the email address registered on the account, with the subject "Delete 51 account" and your username. To prevent unauthorised deletions we may ask you to confirm. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your confirmation.
What is deleted
- The account: username, email, password and sign-in links.
- Profile (display name, avatar, frame, banner), level, experience, statistics and leaderboard entries.
- Coins, gems, decks and items earned or bought with in-game currency, mail and unclaimed rewards.
- Friends list and friend requests, blocked players list.
- Match history, reports and sanctions linked to the account, usage events recorded by our service provider (Microsoft PlayFab).
- On the phone, the account data saved by the app.
What may be kept
- Data we are legally required to keep, only for the required time.
- For up to 8 days, technical records of recently played matches, which contain only a numeric identifier, not your name or email.
- Device preferences (audio, vibration, graphics), which stay on the device until you uninstall the app.
Deletion cannot be undone. For guest play see the section below.
If you play as a guest
Guest play needs no email, name or password, but to let you play online our provider (Microsoft PlayFab) keeps a technical account on its servers: a random identifier linked to a random code stored on your phone, with that profile's technical game data (matches, fair-play sanctions, settings). It contains nothing that identifies you. Uninstalling the app removes the data on the phone, but the technical account on the server stays until you ask for its deletion.
- Open the app, tap the Settings icon and copy your player ID.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete 51 guest account" and the player ID.
- The technical account is deleted within 30 days of the request.
If you already uninstalled the app and no longer have the ID, we cannot link the technical account to you (it holds no personal data) and nobody can sign in to it any more.
